Our services are available to both individuals and families, either on an independent basis or in collaboration with other MetroWest providers. Our staff is committed to helping patients and clients achieve self-reliance in their own homes.

Certified Home Health Aide

  • Status: Varied (Immediate openings for mornings and weekends available)
  • Typical Work Hours: Monday – Sunday,  8am – 5pm
  • Other Work Hours: Shift or Block of hours

Personal Care Assistant

  • Status: Varied (Immediate openings for mornings and weekends available)
  • Typical Work Hours: Monday – Sunday,  8am – 5pm
  • Other Work Hours: Shift or Block of hours

Private Duty Nurse

  • Status: Per-Diem
  • Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday,  8am – 5pm
  • Weekend coverage rotation required

Companion

  • Status: Per-Diem
  • Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday,  8am – 5pm
  • Weekend coverage rotation required

Homemaker

  • Status: Per-Diem
  • Typical Work Hours: Monday – Friday,  8am – 5pm
  • Weekend coverage rotation required

Full-Time Benefits

Employees must work 35 – 40 hours per week to be eligible for full-time benefits.  Full-time benefits are effective upon hire and include:
